Cimmaron, CO

This 2,206-acre cornerstone ranch underwent extensive rehabilitation, including pond construction, sagebrush mitigation, pasture reseeding, road improvements, changes in grazing practices, and reduced hunting pressure. The property was successfully exited in January 2024.

Mancos, CO

This 210-acre commercial elk ranch faced challenges due to a poorly positioned 23-acre inholding. In spring 2024, Busted Bronc acquired both properties, removed the commercial elk infrastructure, remodeled the living spaces, added municipal water, and re-platted the properties. Icon-X performed wildfire mitigation work, improved the road infrastructure, and cleared long-neglected irrigation ditches. All of these activities significantly enhanced the appeal and value. The property is now a profitable short-term rental.

Ridgway, CO

Busted Bronc acquired this mountain-view home in the summer of 2024. Over the following months, a significant remodel was undertaken with Arkansas-based contractors, which included extensive wildfire mitigation efforts by its affiliate, Icon-X. This initiative illustrates the synergy of our investment approach.
